Individual Therapy

Thank you for taking this step! Individual therapy is a one-on-one treatment that will be tailored to your unique needs. You will learn how to manage symptoms that are preventing you from getting the most you want out of your life. We will also learn how to recognize triggers and ways to manage them more effectively.

The therapeutic approaches that I am trained in are based on evidence-based therapies (Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral therapies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapies). Learn more about this here.

I offer convenient telehealth appointments, allowing you to have sessions online from the comfort of your home. Telehealth can be especially helpful in integrating self-care into your schedule. Additionally, I have limited in-person availability in the NYC area.

Parent Coaching

Do you ever feel like parenting is hard? It is! While it can be challenging, with the right support using evidence-based treatments, we can collaborate on a plan for helping you become the best parent that you can. Parent coaching can benefit parents of children of all ages – from toddlers to young adults. Using a behavioral approach parents can identify behaviors they would like to target and through behavioral modifications, help create lasting changes.

Group Therapies
