At All Spectrums Therapy, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where our clients can flourish and experience a fulfilling life. Our practice is committed to addressing a wide range of psychological disorders, and we also have a specialized focus on providing much-needed support to autistic individuals who may be dealing with co-occurring conditions. We understand that many autistic individuals often go unrecognized for the care they require and may face misdiagnosis. Please click here to learn more.

Getting Help

How To Get Started

Step 1:

I would love to hear from you. I know that finding the right therapist is important and that is why I offer a 20-minute consultation at no charge. We can meet via ZOOM or by phone to see if my practice is the right fit.

Step 2:

After the consultation, if you decide that you would like to take the next step then we will schedule an intake. During the intake, I will ask you questions to get to know your background, family history, and treatment history and to confirm or decide on your diagnosis. Together we will collaborate and create an individualized treatment plan.

Step 3:

Depending on your needs, we will then schedule therapy appointments either virtually or in person. Oftentimes one 45-minute weekly session is a good start. Attending therapy regularly helps you learn the tools that you will need. In some cases, meeting more than once per week may be necessary. Remember the goal of therapy is for you to expand your world and to live a fuller life.
